Sadly, this mistreatment often goes unaddressed, leaving these professionals feeling abandoned and unsupported by their employers, their families, and the public. This lack of support creates a cycle of neglect that perpetuates our Security Operative’s suffering and hinders their ability to cope with the challenges they endure.

Vanquish Therapies is the solution that bridges the gap for our Security Operatives in need of support. Through our Coaching and Counselling services, we offer a safe space for our Security Operatives (and their families) to express their experiences and find guidance in navigating the challenges they face. Our dedicated Coaches and Counsellors are here to support you in re-claiming your autonomy and equilibrium, helping you heal, grow, and re-build your confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth from years of abuse exhibited by patron’s.

Recognising the financial constraints that can hinder access to support, we also offer Low Cost counselling options, ensuring that affordability doesn’t become a barrier to seeking help.

But our commitment doesn’t end there. We go beyond individual support by providing on-the-job training for both staff and employers. Our specialised courses and workshops equip employers with the knowledge and tools needed to create a supportive environment for their security teams. By fostering understanding and implementing effective strategies, we aim to transform the workplace culture and prioritise the well-being of those who protect us.
